Oh So True!!!

I took up running 2 years ago because I went up a flight of stairs carrying my 1 year old daughter I was out of breathe. I realized then that at 35 years old this was unacceptable. I have endured knee pains, feet pain, and countless numbers of pulled muscles but I would not change the past 2 years for anything. Yeah I hurt sometimes but I feel so much better now. I am active and my weight is down. I'm not ready for thong season but who knows, that may happen soon enough! Just kidding…
